Shift and Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00

Location: Nettleham - Lincoln

Job Summary:

The Deputy Head of Quality has a unique and varied role responsible for managing key elements of the Quality agenda within ADHD 360. The post would be part of a busy but dynamic team that encompasses all elements of quality and safety including PSIRF, Customer Happiness, Risk Management, Compliance, Patient Experience and Clinical/Quality Standards and Best Practice.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Quality, Safety and Assurance standards across the organisation ensuring that all learning opportunities are developed, actioned and evidenced.
  • Work as part of a dynamic team in delivering effective quality and safety initiatives and assurance systems.
  • Support the delivery of the quality objectives and contribute to an ongoing Self-Assessment process to continually reflect on and drive improvements.
  • Deputise for the Head of Quality, supporting the delivery of key objectives and strategic goals driving quality assurance and improvement.
  • Support the delivery of an evidence based Governance cycle.
  • Oversee the line management of the QA team with a key responsibility for driving a positive CPD culture.
  • Be a part of the team that delivers the ADHD360 culture.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Hold or working towards a recognised Quality Assurance qualification (IQA award or equivalent) – Essential
  • A relevant Mental Health qualification – Desirable
  • Competent and confident with computers but not limited to MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Organisation skills and an ability to manage own workload
  • An ability to work on own initiative yet be a key part of a team
  • Be a natural problem solver
  • Positive outlook and an ability to work well under pressure
  • A desire to succeed within a KPI focused environment working to realistic commercial objectives around patient retention levels is essential as is the ability to work autonomously if required
