Job Summary:

As DNA Fulfilment & prescriptions Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the attendance of our daily fulfilment objectives. You will manage the DNA of assessment to ensure this is meeting targets. You will assist with the onboarding process for new clinicians and will directly support the Contracts and Fulfilment Co-ordinators.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring low DNA rates by contacting the patients prior to assessment
  • Managing the rebooking of previous DNA’d assessments
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new clinicians by booking shadowing and supervision
  • Obtain CD PIN reference from RW for each Clinician by providing the relevant forms
  • CD PIN obtaining and returns process when needed
  • CD PIN forwarding to PCSE
  • Chasing of the CD PIN form weekly, to ensure the second reference has been obtained and the CD PIN has been forwarded swiftly to relevant clinician.
  • PCSE confirm when clinician added to 360 – Personalised pads ordering.
  • Ordering or replacement pads when needed by clinicians
  • Logging of all prescriptions (via Chrysalis process) currently ordered monthly or as requested
  • Posting of all prescriptions using agreed process via UPS contract
  • Helping support the fulfilment team and covering annual leave and sickness
  • Assisting in the pod inbox (Outlook and Zendesk)

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Competent and confident with computers but not limited to MS Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Organisation skills and an ability to manage own workload
  • An ability to work on own initiative yet be a key part of a team
  • Be a natural problem solver
  • Able to adapt to change role depending on business requirements
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks
  • Confident on the phones
  • Positive outlook and an ability to work well under pressure
  • A desire to succeed within a KPI focused environment working to realistic commercial objectives around patient retention levels is essential as is the ability to work autonomously if required
