Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of ADHD 360 and Autism 360’s marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and market share growth. This role will oversee all marketing activities, including digital campaigns, content creation, and market research, ensuring alignment with company goals and values. The Marketing Manager will also be a key player in shaping the company’s positioning in the market, working closely with brand partners and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies in line with our brand strategy to drive brand growth and customer engagement.
Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social media, and print.
Oversee market research efforts to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights for us to become the number one provider in ADHD and Autism assessments.
Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Work closely with the sales team to support revenue goals through targeted marketing initiatives.
Drive brand messaging consistency across all channels and touchpoints inside and outside of the organisation.
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Analyse marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing efforts with overall business strategy.

Qualifications and Experience:

Essential:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
Competent and confident with computers but not limited to MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Organisation skills and an ability to manage own workload.
Strong telephone capabilities to be compassionate and yet still task focused.
An ability to work on own initiative yet be a key part of a team.
Be a natural problem solver.
Positive outlook and an ability to work well under pressure.
A desire to succeed within a KPI focussed environment working to realistic commercial objectives around patient retention levels is essential as is the ability to work autonomously if required.
Desirable:

Advanced degree (Masters or relevant field).
Experience in the healthcare or technology sector.
Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
Demonstrable knowledge having worked across multiple regions
