Job Summary:

As a New Patient Success Advisor, you will serve as a trusted guide for potential patients starting their journey towards an ADHD diagnosis and treatment. Your role will involve effectively communicating the benefits, processes, and potential outcomes of ADHD diagnosis and treatment plans, thereby helping prospective patients understand the transformative journey they are about to embark on.
You will build strong relationships with potential patients, creating an environment where they feel comfortable and well-supported. Part of your role will involve guiding potential patients through the initial assessment stage, ensuring they understand the process and feel prepared for the next steps.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with prospective patients to explain the benefits, process, and potential outcomes of ADHD Diagnosis & treatment plans.
  • Establishing relationships with potential patients to help them feel comfortable and supported as they start their ADHD journey.
  • Guiding potential patients through the initial assessment stage.
  • Explaining and upselling treatment plans after the assessment.
  • Taking both a reactive and pro-active approach to enquiries with the objective of increasing the conversation rate from marketing budgets.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge about ADHD, its treatments, and our clinic's unique approach, to provide accurate information to prospective patients.
  • Coordinating with clinical and front-office staff to ensure seamless communication and optimal patient experience.
  • Tracking potential patient interactions using our clinic's CRM system and providing timely follow-ups to ensure all their queries are addressed.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to drive the clinic's outreach initiatives and patient success stories.
  • Identifying and addressing barriers that may prevent prospective patients from beginning their ADHD journey and treatment.
  • Providing feedback to management and clinical staff on potential areas for improving patient experience and satisfaction.
  • Upholding the clinic's values, confidentiality, and privacy regulations in all interactions with potential patients.
  • Be a part of the team that delivers the ADHD360 culture.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Competent and confident with computers but not limited to MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Organisation skills and an ability to manage own workload.
  • Strong telephone capabilities to be compassionate and yet still task focused.
  • An ability to work on own initiative yet be a key part of a team.
  • Be a natural problem solver.
  • Positive outlook and an ability to work well under pressure.
  • A desire to succeed within a KPI focused environment working to realistic commercial objectives around patient retention levels is essential as is the ability to work autonomously if required.
  • Previous experience in sales is desirable.
  • Knowledge of ADHD.
  • A degree in psychology, nursing, social work, or related field would be an advantage.
  • A proven history of selling the benefits of a private treatment service would be advantageous but not essential.
