Job Summary:

Minimum of 16 hours per week - hours available - 8.00am -12.00pm , 1.00pm - 5.00pm or 3.00pm -7.00pm all available Mon to Sat

Please be advised the Induction week is onsite 9am- 5pm (Mon- Fri) followed by shadowing onsite - thereafter the role is remote, however you would be expected to be onsite a minimum of 1 day per month.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated patient-centric individual to join our growing inbound team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills as well as having the ability to manage the administrative tasks associated with this fast-paced and satisfying role.

About us:

ADHD 360 is the largest provider of ADHD services in Europe. Based administratively in Lincolnshire, ADHD 360 has a national footprint with clinics in many towns and cities as well as a remote clinical capability allowing for services nationwide. Recently awarded as the most dedicated ADHD diagnosis and Treatment Clinic 2023 by SME News, and with a Trust Pilot rating of 'excellent' and we are looking to expand our admin team.

Key Responsibilities:

Responding to Inbound enquiries from our existing patients by telephone, social media, email and Live-Chat
Supporting our existing patients with their queries relating to their current treatment
A key metric for this team will be patient satisfaction and the accuracy of the advice given
Liaising with the clinical team to help with patient enquiries.
Continuous Professional Development (CPD) is expected, and the post holder should expect to have responsibility for their learning whilst also engaging in CPD events provided by ADHD 360.

Essential Experience:

Competent and confident with computers but not limited to MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
Positive outlook and an ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong telephone capabilities to be compassionate and yet still task focused
An ability to work on own initiative yet be a key part of a successful team
Be a natural problem solver
