Location: Remote (initial training in Nettleham and occasion office days)

Please be advised the Induction week is onsite 9am- 5pm (Mon- Fri) followed by shadowing onsite - thereafter the role is remote, however you would be expected to be onsite a minimum of 1 day per month.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Secretary to support both patients and clinicians here at ADHD360. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage various administrative tasks while providing excellent customer service to both patients and healthcare providers. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth operations, helping to coordinate appointments, manage patient records, and assist with general office functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Write letters to GPs and other medical professionals to a high standard, ensuring that they are accurate, informative, and professional. Manage the electronic filing of documents and email correspondence. Provide administrative support to the team as needed. Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and relay information between patients and staff. Assist clinicians with administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies, preparing documents, and coordinating patient follow-ups and appointments. Write letters to GPs and other medical professionals to a high standard, ensuring that they are accurate, informative, and professional. Be a part of the team that delivers the ADHD360 culture
Qualifications and Experience:
Excellent writing skills Ability to produce high-quality, well structured letters to medical professionals. Competent and confident with computers but not limited to MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel Excellent organisation skills and an ability to manage own workload in a timely manner An ability to work on own initiative yet be a key part of a team Be a natural problem solver Positive outlook and an ability to work well under pressure
