Job Summary:

You will be expected to be highly organised and detail-oriented. You will be accountable for navigating clinical capacity and reporting on it daily. In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service by assisting patients with appointment bookings and managing the associated administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and have strong communication skills to support both patients and clinicians effectively.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Write emails to patients to a high standard, ensuring that they are accurate, informative, and professional.
  • Manage the electronic filing of documents and email correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support to the clinicians and patients as needed to maintain smooth operations.
  • Actively contribute to and promote the ADHD 360 culture within the team.
  • Monitor and manage clinical capacity for your pod, reporting findings to leadership on a daily basis
  • Schedule patient appointments in alignment with the reported data and clinical capacity.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Competent and confident with computers but not limited to MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Organisation skills and an ability to manage own workload in a timely manner.
  • Excellent telephone skills to handle calls with a variety of unknown subject matters, while maintaining a compassionate yet task-focused approach, even under pressure.
  • An ability to work on own initiative yet be a key part of a team.
  • Be a natural problem solver.
  • Positive outlook and an ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent writing skills and phone manner
  • Being flexible to ‘go the extra mile’ when a patient in need requires that ‘little bit extra’.
