We are the UK’s largest single specialist ADHD clinic, and a crucial service provider for diagnosis, treatment, training and education; for both private and NHS patients. Our mission is to lead the critical societal and industry changes needed to better support the 2.6 million individuals affected by ADHD. ADHD 360 are seeking a talented Social Media Content Creator to join our growing in house Social Media Team. In joining our team you will be ultimately working to deliver our long-term activation plan that reflects ADHD 360’s extensive reach, innovative approach and market-disrupting growth ambitions.
This role is perfect for a creative thinker who understands the nuances of modern social media trends, and shares a passion for our ambition of clearing the huge backlog of ADHD diagnosis in the UK. The ideal candidate would be passionate about storytelling, have a keen eye for detail, and be skilled at producing engaging video and photographic content for social media. You don’t need to be a graphic designer, but you do need to have a creative eye and stick to and understand our brand guidelines, and you’ll work closely with our Brand Agency to deliver this. Ideally you would have 1+ years experience in a similar role; or be an eager graduate with a proven portfolio of examples to show us of creative social media content, either for a personal account or for a brand. We offer hybrid working, and you’ll also be flexible and won’t mind occasionally going out on the road to get that perfect shot. Most importantly, you’ll have a passion for social media and an imagination for content creation. You’ll be dynamic, proactive and willing to try different things to get the perfect result. You’ll ultimately have a finger on the pulse when it comes to memes, trends, sounds and hashtags and will be able to create and suggest memorable, scroll stopping social media content. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Content Creation - Film, edit, and produce high-quality video and photography content for platforms Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook & LinkedIn as per our social media strategy • You may also occasionally need to create simple static imagery such as text + image overlays or “designed” tiles as required for our social media content plan • You will ensure all content is optimised for each platform, considering format, dimensions, and it’s overall representation of the brand in the feed • Collaborate and brainstorm with internal teams and our brand agency to develop proactive content ideas that align with our brand • Stay update to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies to keep content fresh and relevant • Use editing software to enhance videos and photos, adding effects, transitions, and captions as needed • Brand Guardianship – work with our brand agency to maintain a consistent brand voice, style, and aesthetic across all content • Experience collaborating with marketing teams to align web and social media strategies
Qualifications and experience: Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript while ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimal performance across all devices • Create and edit engaging visual content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom) and social media tools (CapCut, Canva, InShot) for both web and social media platforms • Implement and maintain version control systems for web development projects, ensuring proper documentation and collaboration with team members • Design and produce creative content for multiple social media platforms including Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Stories, adhering to platform-specific best practices and requirements • Monitor website performance, conduct regular maintenance, and implement SEO optimisation strategies to improve visibility and user experience • Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that align with brand guidelines and business objectives • Create compelling visual narratives and storytelling content that resonates with target audiences across different platforms • Stay current with emerging web technologies, design trends, and social media developments to implement innovative solutions • Perform regular website updates, bug fixes, and feature implementations as needed • Manage and optimise website loading times, mobile responsiveness, and overall user experience Required Skills and Experience: • Proven experience in web development using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Lightroom • Experience with social media content creation tools and platforms • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles • Knowledge of SEO best practices and implementation • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) • Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • Excellent project management and communication skills • Portfolio demonstrating web design and social media content creation work
